Festival Parking

PARADE ROUTE CLOSURES

As part of Montague's Old Home Day celebration, Main Street will be closed from 12PM to 1PM between South Street and Center Street. The temporary closure will make it more difficult to get to the festival parking area during the noon hour.
Ample festival parking is provided in a nearby field, just a short walk to the festival site. Parking staff and volunteers will be on hand to help you find your way from the parking areas to the festival gates (and back). Street parking is also permitted in most of the surrounding neighborhoods, but may be limited due to the "Montague Old Home Days" event, which takes place on the same day.

HANDICAP PARKING

Limited onsite parking is set aside for vehicles with a disability placard or license plate. Anyone with mobility issues can be dropped off at the festival gates, and it is a short 200 yard walk to the main stage area.

SITE ACCESSIBILITY

The site is fully accessible in that it is free of stairs and most pathways are mown grass. There are gentle inclines throughout the property, so wheelchair assistance may be required. An accessible porta-potty will be provided.

What's with the statue?

“José Gregorio has been our mascot and protector for now 10 years,” said Olivier Conan, “Someone stole the bust. We don’t think it’s funny.”
